Enter the Supporter Survey, which Trócaire asked us to help create, slated to launch in the slower summer months – and timed perfectly to help fund a matching offer at Christmas. It’s important to note that these surveys, and the additional fulfillment packs and emails that follow them, require a lot of background planning and follow-up. But done right they are amazing tools for building donor relationships. In Trócaire’s case, this has meant: more than 300 leads for major gifts… 450+ legacy leads… and nearly 200 leads for monthly upgrades, with donors generously giving to fund an annual Christmas match that inspires others to give, an over €30,000 match (approx. $32,700) that very first year alone.
